What this table is showing

The dividend column is the latest verified cash dividend declared or approved per ordinary share for the period shown. It is not the market price of one share. Some rows are final annual dividends and some are more recent interim dividends, which is why the period is shown beside every amount.

Why there is no price or yield column yet

Share prices change every trading day. Dividend yield also changes with the share price. Amka will add those columns only when it has a reliable dated NSE market-price feed; until then, showing the verified corporate action is cleaner than filling the table with stale or missing prices.

How to compare the numbers

A larger dividend per share does not automatically mean a better return. Companies trade at different share prices. A comparable dividend yield requires a dated share price and the appropriate annual dividend figure.

Put the dividend number in context

A dividend per share is only one part of the picture. Learn the basics, compare other investment categories, or use AMKA Plan to decide how much of your monthly money is actually available for investing.
