Distribution and net-asset-value context for selected Kenyan REITs. REIT distributions are periodic, so this page shows the latest verified reporting snapshot rather than pretending the figures are live.

How to read this snapshot
Distribution per unit is the cash amount declared for each REIT unit for the stated period. NAV per unit is the reported net asset value divided by units outstanding. Neither is the same thing as a guaranteed investment return.
Recent context
ILAM Fahari increased its FY2025 distribution to KES 0.65 per unit from KES 0.30 a year earlier. Acorn I-REIT declared KES 0.57 per unit for FY2025. In H1 2026, reported NAV per unit was about KES 20.5 for ILAM Fahari, KES 24.4 for Acorn I-REIT and KES 29.7 for Acorn D-REIT.
What this does not tell you
A distribution alone does not show property occupancy, borrowing, valuation risk or how easily a unit can be sold. Development REITs can also operate differently from income REITs, so direct yield comparisons may be misleading.
